Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua is listed as "doubtful" to play Sunday night against the Denver Broncos.
The 25-year-old wide receiver is dealing with a groin issue that's impacting his explosiveness, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday. He could still play, but he wouldn't be the same kind of player he has been in the past, and the Rams are more likely to err on the side of caution with the two-time All-Pro.
Schefter also reported that the Rams don't believe Nacua will need surgery, however, that option isn't entirely off the table should he fail to show signs of improvement moving forward.

Garrett looking at six-week timeline
Rams defensive end Myles Garrett is expected to be sidelined for approximately six weeks, ESPN's Ian Rapoport reported Sunday.
Garrett is recovering from knee surgery that he underwent after Los Angeles' season-opening game against the San Francisco 49ers in Australia.
Caleb Williams to be out 3-4 weeks
Chicago Bears star quarterback Caleb Williams could be out for three-to-four weeks after being diagnosed with a Grade 2 hamstring injury, Schefter and Rapoport reported Sunday.
Williams was carted off the field of Chicago's Week 2 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. The Bears are expected to have Tyson Bagent for them under centre Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. Schefter reported Saturday that Bagent had cleared concussion protocol and was practicing ahead of Monday's contest.
Bills' Moore questionable vs. Chargers
D.J. Moore was initially listed as questionable against the Los Angeles Chargers with a shoulder injury, but is now active, according to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
In two games played for the Bills, Moore has five receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown.
Defensive tackle Ed Oliver is also expected to be active after first being listed as questionable with a hip injury, per Rapoport.
Niners' Bosa avoiding IR
San Francisco 49ers star defensive end Nick Bosa is expected to miss a few weeks with a calf strain, but will avoid the injured reserve, Schefter reported.
Bosa reportedly pulled his calf muscle during practice on Thursday.
Evans good to go for 49ers Sunday
Despite being listed as questionable with a hip injury, veteran 49ers receiver Mike Evans will play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported.
In his first season with San Francisco, the 33-year-old leads the team with nine receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown.
Collins out Week 3, trending to return Week 4
There will be no Nico Collins for C.J. Stroud and the Houston Texans against the Indianapolis Colts Sunday, but as Schefter reported, the hamstring injury he's been dealing with should have healed enough to give him "a decent chance" to get back in the lineup in Week 4.

Porter Jr. grabbing trade interest from Cowboys, Lions
Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr. is getting trade interest from the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions, Schefter reported.
The Steelers would be willing to hear offers on Porter, Schefter added, but the package would have to be quite strong to pry the fourth-year defensive back out from Pittsburgh.
Steelers' Pittman, Warren both expected to play Sunday
Wide receiver Michael Pittman and running back Jaylen Warren are both listed as questionable for the Steelers' Week 3 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals, but are expected to play, Schefter reported.
Pittman's been dealing with a foot injury while Warren's had a shoulder problem.
Flowers a 'true pre-game time decision'
Baltimore Ravens wideout Zay Flowers is being worked out pre-game before their Week 3 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Brazil, Schefter reported.
The Ravens aren't banking on Flowers being made available Sunday, but a source told Schefter they're treating any call on him as a "true pre-game time decision."
Coker expected to play vs. Browns
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker is expected to play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns despite an ankle injury, Rapoport reported.
Rapoport also added that fellow Panthers receiver Xavier Legette is a game-time decision as he battles through a knee injury.
