After briefly leaving Monday night’s game with what the Baltimore Ravens described as cramps, Lamar Jackson returned — and made an immediate impact.
Jackson stepped in and threw a 44-yard touchdown to Marquise Brown.

Jackson had briefly exited at the start of the fourth quarter and was questionable to return. He was spotted the television broadcast jumping up and down in the players’ tunnel, appearing to be in some discomfort.
