Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson left Saturday’s playoff game against the Buffalo Bills as he entered concussion protocol. The team announced that he will not be able to return.
Jackson suffered the injury late in the third quarter when he was tackled retrieving a ball deep in his own territory following a bad snap. He stayed down for several moments before heading to the locker room.
The 2019 NFL MVP threw for 162 yards with an interception and ran for an additional 34 yards prior to his departure.
Tyler Huntley entered the game in relief to begin the fourth quarter.
