The Baltimore Ravens are bolstering their secondary ahead of the upcoming NFL season.
Cornerback Jaire Alexander signed with Baltimore after spending his first seven seasons in Green Bay, the Ravens announced on Wednesday. The one-year deal is worth $4 million with an additional $2 million in incentives, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Alexander now reunites with former Louisville teammate and 2024 NFL MVP runner-up Lamar Jackson.
The North Carolina native was released on June 9 after he and the Packers were unable to agree on a contract restructuring. Injuries derailed Alexander's last two seasons after he was named to the Pro Bowl in 2022.
He was originally selected by the Packers in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
