The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are once again shaking up their coaching staff.
Following a disappointing year that saw the Bucs miss out on the post-season, offensive co-ordinator Josh Grizzard has been fired, according to multiple reports.
Grizzard, who served as the Bucs' pass game co-ordinator in 2024, was promoted to offensive co-ordinator in 2025 and was head coach Todd Bowles' fourth OC in four seasons. The 35-year-old replaced Liam Coen, who moved on to the Jacksonville Jaguars head coaching role.
The Bucs finished off the season with a 16-14 win over Carolina, but missed out on the playoffs after the Saints failed to beat the Falcons on Sunday. This comes after starting the year 6-2, before going 2–6 over the last eight games.
Since Week 7, Bowles’ side ranked 22nd in yards per game and 21st in red-zone efficiency.
Along with Grizzard's dismissal, the Buccaneers are also parting ways with quarterback coach Thad Lewis.
