The Dallas Cowboys' receivers group has gotten some massive news.
Star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has been cleared to play just seven days after suffering a concussion in Week 14 against the Detroit Lions, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported on Friday.
The injury occurred when Lamb leaped for a pass in the third quarter and landed hard on the turf. He did not return to the game.
Before getting injured, the 26-year-old had six catches for 121 yards, leaving him with 57 receptions, 865 yards and three touchdowns on the season.
Meanwhile, Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson sat out of practice on Thursday with a calf injury, leaving his status questionable for Sunday nights game against the Minnesota Vikings.
If he sits out, third-year tight end Luke Schoonmaker should be expected to take the majority of his reps.
