Chiefs' Travis Kelce out for Sunday's game vs. Steelers

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce did not clear COVID-19 protocols in time and will miss Sunday’s game at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

We have ruled out TE Travis Kelce, LB Nick Bolton and OL Lucas Niang for today’s game. (Not Injury Related – Other)

Kelce, 32, has had a solid 2021 season with 83 catches for 1,066 yards and seven touchdowns.

Kansas City is expected to have top wide receiver Tyreek Hill back in the lineup after he cleared COVID-19 protocols Saturday.

We have activated WR Tyreek Hill from Reserve/COVID. He has cleared protocols and has no injury designation for Sunday.
