It's been open season on the Philadelphia Eagles' defensive line in free agency.
Star defensive end Josh Sweat is on his way to the desert after agreeing to a four-year, $76 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday.
Sweat is the second piece from the Eagles' Super Bowl-winning line to find a new home, after the New England Patriots signed defensive tackle Milton Williams to a blockbuster deal on Monday.
The 27-year-old had a solid season for the Eagles in 2024, notching 8.0 sacks, nine tackles for loss and 15 QB hits in 16 regular-season games.
He took his play to another level in the Super Bowl, haunting the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes with 2.5 sacks, two tackles for loss, three QB hits and six total tackles en route to the dominant 40-22 win.
A one-time Pro Bowler, Sweat has spent all seven years of his NFL career with the Eagles since being selected by the team in the fourth round, 130th overall, at the 2018 NFL Draft.
