Report: Dolphins trading wide receiver Isaiah Ford to Patriots

The Miami Dolphins are trading wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the New England Patriots, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Ford, 24, has 184 receiving yards on 18 catches in seven games this season for the Dolphins, his third year in the NFL. The seventh-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft had 24 receptions for 244 yards in eight games last year.

The 2-5 Patriots have been ravaged by injuries at receiver of late with Julian Edelman being placed on injured reserve following knee surgery and N’Keal Harry suffering from a concussion.
