The trade market for Maxx Crosby is starting to heat up.
The Las Vegas Raiders star pass rusher is reportedly drawing serious trade interest from the Dallas Cowboys, and that the Baltimore Ravens are also a team to watch, The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported Friday.
Dallas and Baltimore join the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams and Chicago Bears, who are also reportedly among the potential landing spots.
According to multiple reports, the Raiders would be looking to get two first-round picks and a player for Crosby, which is what the Cowboys got in return for Micah Parsons from the Green Bay Packers.
Raiders general manager John Spytek told reporters during the scouting combine that they would prefer to keep Crosby.
“Maxx is an elite player. I've been very upfront from the start since I got here, that we’re in the business of having really good players on the team, and we need a lot more of them,” Spytek said.
Unfortunately for the Raiders, Crosby's desire to be traded has not changed, according to The Athletic's Michael Silver.
Part of the reason was that the team opted to shut him down for the final two regular-season games in hopes of securing the first overall pick.
Russini reported that general managers around the NFL believe the team is now willing to work on a deal.
The 28-year-old had 45 solo tackles, 10 sacks and an interception in 15 games this season. In 110 career games, he has 69.5 sacks and 278 solo tackles with the Raiders, who selected the former East Michigan product in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
