The Green Bay Packers might be missing a key depth piece on Monday night.
Matthew Golden (shoulder), who was questionable for the Green Bay Packers going into Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles, will not suit up according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Golden's reported absence comes one week after star tight end Tucker Kraft was diagnosed with a season ending ACL tear.
He was drafted 23rd overall in 2025 and was the first receiver Green Bay has taken in the first round since Javon Walker in 2002.
The rookie wide receiver has struggled to find his footing in the NFL, only putting up 262 yards in eight games this season. He is still looking for his first career touchdown.
Other notables out for the packers include DE Lukas Van Ness (foot) and CB Nate Hobbs (MCL).
For the Eagles, newly acquired CB Jaire Alexander is out against his former team (knee).
