New England Patriots running back James White is expected to miss the remainder of the 2021 season after suffering a hip injury in Week 3, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Field Yates.
White was tackled by New Orleans Saints linebacker Demario Davis along the sideline after a run in the second quarter and landed awkwardly on his knees. He was then carted off the field.
The 28-year-old recorded 61 and 65 combined yards in Week 1 and Week 2, respectively.
