The Washington Football Team is expected to put tight end Logan Thomas (knee) on the Injured Reserve list, The Athletic’s Ben Standig reported Wednesday.
This will be Thomas’ second stint on Injured Reserve in the 2021 campaign and it will effectively end his season.
Thomas exited Washington’s latest contest against the Las Vegas Raiders five minutes into the fourth quarter after sustaining a knee injury.
The six-year veteran has recorded 18 receptions for 196 yards and three touchdowns in the six games he’s played this season.
The Football Team (6-6) is in the midst of a four-game winning streak and are just two games back of the NFC East Division leading Dallas Cowboys, who they will host in their Week 14 matchup on Sunday.
