The Tennessee Titans will be looking to expand their narrow lead atop the AFC South division standings when they open the NFL Week 10 schedule against the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night as 2-point home favourites on the NFL odds at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.
Tennessee put the brakes on a two-game straight-up losing streak with last weekend’s 24-17 win over the struggling Chicago Bears, and now sits one game up on Indianapolis in the standings going into Thursday night’s game at Nissan Stadium.
The Titans have won outright in four of five home contests this season, and eight of 11 since October 2019, according to the OddsShark NFL Database. However, Tennessee has produced mixed results at the sportsbooks, going 3-4 against the spread in its past seven home dates, and 2-3 ATS in its past five games as home chalk.
The Colts are coming off 24-10 loss to Baltimore, but have dominated the Titans in recent years, posting SU wins in 19 of 23 meetings since 2008. That run includes outright victories in three of their past four visits to Tennessee as betting underdogs.
Elsewhere on the NFL Week 10 odds, the battle for the top of the NFC West standings heats up as the Los Angeles Rams host the Seattle Seahawks as slim 1.5-point favourites. The Seahawks maintain a razor-thin lead over both the Rams and Arizona despite falling to defeat in their past two road outings, capped by last week’s 44-34 loss in Buffalo as 3-point favourites at online betting sites.
The Rams will be aiming to rediscover their offensive touch after averaging just 19 points per game during their current 1-2 SU run. However, Los Angeles has been impressive at home, where they have won SU in seven of eight while limiting opponents to 17 or fewer points on six occasions, fueling a 7-2 run for the UNDER in totals betting.
The Cardinals will also be eyeing top spot in the NFC West as they host the Bills as 2-point favourites. Arizona sits alongside the Rams at 5-3, but can move atop the standings with a victory over Buffalo combined with a Rams win over Seattle. Sitting atop the AFC East standings, the Bills have won three of four on the road this season, all as underdogs, and also own a 2-1 SU record in three all-time trips to the desert.
As well, the New Orleans Saints look to make it six in a row as they host the injury-ravaged San Francisco 49ers as 9.5-point chalk, while the Bears try to halt a three-game slide in their date with the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football as 3-point home underdogs.
