Jones did not complete any catches and was targeted just once in the game.
The 32-year-old Jones already missed three games due to the injury and returned to action last week completing four catches for 33 yards during the Titans' 20-0 shutout over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jones is in his first season with the Titans after spending a decade with the Atlanta Falcons.
