Jack Ahcan will get another shot with the Colorado Avalanche.
The defenceman has signed a one-year deal with the Avs, the NHL club announced Tuesday.
Ahcan, 28, played two games for the Avs last year and 69 games for their AHL affiliate.
Ahcan has played 11 career NHL games, with the others coming with the Boston Bruins.
