The Colorado Avalanche have signed forward Calum Ritchie to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced on Monday.
Ritchie, 19, led the Oshawa Generals in points with 80, tallying 28 goals and 52 assists in 50 regular-season games in his third season with the team. He also picked up eight goals and 22 assists in 21 playoff games while helping lead the Generals to the OHL Championship Series.
He missed the first 17 games of last season with a shoulder injury.
The six-foot-two forward was drafted by the Avalanche 27th overall in the 2023 NHL Draft.
