The Colorado Avalanche have signed 2020 third-round pick Jean-Luc Foudy to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Foudy, a 75th overall pick, played 34 games this season for the AHL's Colorado Eagles, the Avalanche's affiliate, earning three goals and 11 assists. Prior to joining the Eagles, he played 10 games for Morrums GolS of Sweden’s third-tier hockey league.
The 19-year-old, whose older brother is Liam Foudy of the Columbus Blue Jackets, spent his junior career playing for the Windsor Spitfires where he produced 92 points in 122 games over two seasons.
