The Chicago Blackhawks lost a young forward in Sunday's game against the Dallas Stars.
Oliver Moore was ruled out by the team after crashing hard into the boards behind the Dallas net. As Moore was down on the ice, Sam Rinzel scored for the Blackhawks.
Moore, 21, entered Sunday with five goals and 13 assists in 50 games for Chicago this season.
The Mounds View, Minn., native was drafted in the first round of the 2023 draft by the Blackhawks. He made his NHL debut in 2024-25.
