The Columbus Blue Jackets have boosted their blue line.
Defenceman Christian Jaros signed a one-year, two-way contract on Tuesday, the team announced.
Jaros, 29, spent last season with CSKA Moscow of the KHL, where he recorded two goals and 10 assists in 51 games.
The Slovakian has played 94 career NHL games with the Ottawa Senators, San Jose Sharks and New Jersey Devils.
Jaros last appeared in the 2021-22 season with the Devils, when he played 11 games and failed to hit the score sheet.
