The St. Louis Blues have placed defenceman Torey Krug on long-term injured reserved due to a lower-body injury and he will be re-evaluated in six weeks, the team announced Tuesday.
Krug last played Dec. 23 against the Vegas Golden Knights, recording two assists. Defenceman Tyler Tucker has been called up from the AHL'sSpringfield Thunderbirds.
This season, Krug has 17 points on five goals and 12 assists in 31 games with the Blues, his third season with the team.
