Blues place Ryan O'Reilly, Brandon Saad on COVID-protocols list

Vladimir Tarasenko had two goals to help the St. Louis Blues beat the Los Angeles Kings 3-0 giving them their fifth straight win.

St. Louis Blues captain Ryan O'Reilly and forward Brandon Saad have been placed on the team's COVID-protocols list.

Both players are fully vaccinated.

Saad has missed the last two games due to COVID protocols. O'Reilly had an assist and led all forwards with 19:04 of ice time in the Blues' win over the Kings Monday.

St. Louis next plays Thursday at home against the Colorado Avalanche. Forward Dakota Joshua was recalled from the team's AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, in a corresponding move Tuesday.
