St. Louis Blues defenceman Torey Krug left Monday’s game against the Arizona Coyotes with an upper-body injury and will not return, the team announced.
Krug’s last shift came late in the second and he did not return to the bench for the third period.
The 29-year-old has nine points through his first 16 games with the Blues this season. Krug joined St. Louis on a seven-year, $45.5 million contract this past off-season.
