Brady Tkachuk found his scoring groove this past week.
The Florida Panthers forward was named the NHL's first star of the week after a goal-filled seven days of action, the league announced on Monday.
Tkachuk became the third player in league history and the first in 40 years to record back-to-back natural hat tricks.
He finished the week with six goals and four assists for 10 points in four games.
Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid and Minnesota Wild star Kirill Kaprizov were named the second and third stars, respectively.
McDavid has been on a scoring tear to begin the season, leading the league with 23 points through eight games. He totalled 10 points over the past week with three goals and seven assists in three games.
The 29-year-old finished his week with an electric five-point performance in the Oilers' 6-2 win over the Utah Mammoth on Saturday.
Kaprizov, meanwhile, became the first player in the NHL to hit 10 goals this season when he lit the lamp in Sunday's win over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Russian had four goals and three assists for seven points over the last week.
