Boston Bruins defenceman Brandon Carlo is out week-to-week with an upper-body injury, the team announced Saturday.

Carlo suffered the injury during the first period of the team's 4-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on April 1. Carlo was playing in his second game since suffering a concussion on March 5 against the Washington Capitals.

The 24-year-old has three points in 23 games this season and is averaging 18:29 of ice time.
