Elias Lindholm’s night was cut short Thursday.
The Boston Bruins forward exited his team's game against the Seattle Kraken after suffering an upper-body injury.
While it was unclear when or how exactly Lindholm sustained the injury, his final shift ended with 12:13 remaining in the second period.
The 30-year-old logged just 6:56 of ice time and, while he didn’t record any points or shots on goal, he registered six hits.
Signed by the Bruins back in July, the Swede has three goals and 10 assists through 31 games this season.
