The Boston Bruins have signed forward Tanner Jeannot to a five-year, $17 million contract, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported on Tuesday.
Jeannot joined the Los Angeles Kings last summer after he was acquired from the Tampa Bay Lightning for a pair of draft picks.
He recorded 13 points (seven goals, six assists) in 67 games until he sustained an injury that forced him to miss the remainder of the regular season and the playoffs.
Jeannot originally signed with the Nashville Predators as an undrafted free agent in 2018.
He recorded a career-high 41 points (24 goals, 17 assists) with the club during the 2021-22 season. Jeannot was traded to the Lightning in February 2023.
The 28-year-old from Estevan, Sask., has 93 points (49 goals, 44 assists) in 294 career games over five seasons with the Predators, Lightning and Kings.
