The Boston Bruins put pen to paper on a minor-league forward.
The team signed centre John Farinacci to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000 at the NHL level, it announced Tuesday.
The 24-year-old made his NHL debut with the Bruins on April 15 against the New Jersey Devils, where he scored a goal and recorded 10:58 of ice time.
Since joining the Bruins organization out of Harvard University in the 2023-24 season, Farinacci has skated in 129 AHL games for the Providence Bruins, tallying 22 goals and 76 points.
Farinacci was selected in the third round, 76th overall, by the Arizona Coyotes at the 2019 NHL Draft.
