Calgary Flames rookie centre Connor Zary is expected to return to the lineup on Saturday when the team plays in Vancouver.
Zary, 22, has missed the last eight games with an upper-body injury, according to Sportsnet's Pat Steinberg. The Saskatoon native has 12 goals and 17 assists in 50 games this season, while averaging 15:20 minutes of ice per game. He is ninth in rookie scoring in the NHL.
Zary last played on March 2 against the Penguins, leaving the game in the first period.
