Carey Price is inching closer to returning to the Montreal Canadiens net and will join the team for a pair of games in Toronto later this week.

Head coach Dominique Ducharme announced that Price will skate on Wednesday and then meet the team in Toronto for games on Thursday and Saturday. He will not be in Ottawa when the Canadiens face the Senators Wednesday.

Price has been out since suffering a concussion in a game against the Edmonton Oilers on April 19. The Canadiens have gone 5-3-0 since he went down and enter play Tuesday tied with the Winnipeg Jets for third in the North Division.

Price has a 12-7-5 record this season with a .901 save percentage. After the two games against the Maple Leafs, the Canadiens close the regular season with two home games against the Edmonton Oilers.
