The Montreal Canadiens announced that Mike Hoffman and Christian Dvorak missed out on Friday morning's practice with upper-body injuries.

On his end, Mike Matheson also sat out the Habs' practice at Moncton's Avenir Centre. The defenceman was undergoing a treatment day.

Hoffman and Dvorak lined up for the Canadiens in Thursday night's 4-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators in Gander, N.L. The Canadiens will close out their pre-season with a third consecutive game against the Sens on Saturday in Bouctouche, N.B.
