The Montreal Canadiens have recalled forward Joshua Roy from the Laval Rocket, Montreal's AHL affiliate, the team announced Friday.
He is set to join the team on Saturday.
Roy, 20, has played 34 games for the Rocket this season, his first as a professional, notching 12 goals and 18 assists for 30 points.
He was selected in the fifth round of the 2021 NHL Draft by the Canadiens.
