Canadiens sign Rem Pitlick to two-year contract extension

The Montreal Canadiens have signed forward Rem Pitlick to a two-year, one-way contract extension on Saturday. The Ottawa native will earn $1.1 million annually.

Pitlick joined the Canadiens from the Minnesota Wild when he was claimed off waivers in January.

The 25-year-old contributed nine goals and 17 assists for the Habs in 46 games. Pitlick completed the 2021-22 season with 37 points (15 goals, 22 assists).
