Canucks acquire goaltender Spencer Martin from Lightning

The Vancouver Canucks have acquired goaltender Spencer Martin from the Tampa Bay Lightning for future considerations, the team announced Saturday.

Martin played in 15 AHL games for the Syracuse Crunch last season, going 7-5-2 with a 2.83 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage.

The 26-year-old has played 173 career AHL games, owning a record of 68-76-9.
