Pierre-Olivier Joseph may soon make his debut for the Vancouver Canucks.
The team announced Thursday that the defenceman has been activated from injured reserve.
He was placed on IR on Oct. 7, with the move retroactive to Sept. 30, due to a groin injury.
Joseph signed a one-year contract with the Canucks back on July 2, which carries a league-minimum salary of $775,000.
The 26-year-old from Laval, Que., split the 2024-25 season between the St. Louis Blues and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He recorded three assists over 47 games.
Across 194 career NHL games, Joseph has 40 points (eight goals and 32 assists).
