The Vancouver Canucks will have Travis Hamonic back in the lineup when they host the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday night.

Hamonic hasn't played since Jan. 20 while recovering from an upper-body injury. The 30-year-old has two assists in five games this season.

The Canucks re-assigned Loui Eriksson to the taxi squad to make room for Hamonic on the roster.
