Vancouver Canucks forward Tyler Motte has entered the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol, the team announced on Friday.
Motte joins defencemen Tucker Poolman, Luke Schenn, Brad Hunt, forward Juho Lammikko and assistant coach Jason King in protocol.
The 26-year-old made his season debut on Nov. 14 following his recovery from neck surgery. He has two goals and one assist in 16 games with the Canucks this season.
Vancouver is in the midst of a six-game winning streak, despite dealing with a shorthanded roster in its last two games.
