Lukas Reichel didn’t last long in Vancouver.
The Vancouver Canucks traded the 23-year-old winger to the Boston Bruins for a 2026 sixth-round draft pick, the teams announced Friday.
Reichel cleared waivers in December and was assigned to AHL Abbotsford after putting up one assist in his first 14 games for Vancouver.
The Canucks acquired him from the Chicago Blackhawks in an October trade for a fourth-round pick.
The German has 22 goals and 37 assists in 188 career games for Chicago and Vancouver.
The Blackhawks picked Reichel 17th overall in the 2020 draft.
