Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie sustained a lower-body injury on Wednesday against Detroit and has been listed as week-to-week by the club.
The team made the announcement on Twitter on Thursday.
Oshie, 34, was off to a good start to the season, scoring four goals -- including a hat trick against the Ottawa Senators on Monday -- and adding two assists for six points in seven games.
