The Washington Capitals retained some forward depth.
Henrik Rybinski re-signed on a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced on Thursday.
The deal is worth $775,000 and the NHL level and $130,000 in the AHL.
Rybinski enjoyed a career-best season last year with the Hershey Bears, recording highs in goals (10), assists (25), points (35) and games played (60). He also added one helper in three Calder Cup Playoff games.
The 24-year-old was selected in the fifth round of the 2019 draft by the Florida Panthers before eventually signing an entry-level contract with the Capitals in 2022.
In three seasons with the Bears, Rybinski posted 20 goals and 49 assists in 163 contests.
