Carson Meyer signs two-year, two-way deal with Sabres

The forward has signed a two-year, two-way deal with the Buffalo Sabres worth an average annual value of $775,000, the NHL team announced Wednesday.

Meyer, 27, had nine goals and 29 assists with the Anaheim Ducks' AHL affiliate in San Diego last season. He has two goals and four assists in 41 career NHL games, all with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
