Coyotes claim goalie Scott Wedgewood off waivers from Devils

The Arizona Coyotes have claimed goaltender Scott Wedgewood off waivers from the New Jersey Devils.

The 29-year-old Wedgewood has registered an 0-2-1 record with a 3.19 goals against average and an .880 save percentage in three games with the Devils this season.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound netminder played for the Coyotes in 2017-18, posting a 5-9-4 record with a 3.45 GAA and an .893 save percentage in 20 appearances.

The Brampton, Ont., native is 10-20-9 with a 3.08 GAA and a .900 save percentage with four shutouts in 43 career NHL games with the Coyotes and Devils.
