The New Jersey Devils will likely be without forward Ondrej Palat for the next few games, head coach Lindy Ruff told reporters on Wednesday.
Ruff said Palat was injured in the first shooting drill of Tuesday's practice.
Palat has five goals and nine assists in 35 games for the Devils this season.
The 32-year-old forward signed a five-year, $30 million deal with the Devils prior to the 2022-23 season.
