The New Jersey Devils have re-signed forward Jesper Bratt to a two-year, $5.5 million deal, the team announced Sunday.
Bratt, who was a restricted free agent, will make $2.05 million this season and $3.45 million next season.
The 22-year-old led the Devils in even-strength goals last year, scoring 15 times.
Bratt was originally drafted by the Devils in the sixth round, 162nd overall, of the 2016 NHL Draft.
Throughout his 185 games played as a member of the Devils, Bratt has scored 37 goals and added 63 assists.
