Anaheim Ducks rising star Trevor Zegras has entered COVID-19 protocols.
Zegras is the third Ducks player to enter protocols after forwards Sam Steel and Max Comtois were added on Sunday.
The 19-year-old has taken the NHL by storm this season, with his lacrosse-style assist on a goal by Sonny Milano earlier this month among the top highlights of the first half of the season.
Zegras has been neck-and-neck with Red Wings winger Lucas Raymond for the rookie scoring lead all season and currently has eight goals and 25 points in 30 games this season.
