Nick Jensen's time in Ottawa is over.
The ex-Senators defenceman signed a two-year deal with the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday, the team announced.
The contract is worth $2.25 million per season, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported.
Jensen, 35, spent the last two seasons with the Senators, playing 132 games with seven goals and 31 assists while helping the Eastern Conference club reach the playoffs both times.
Now, he'll head to Anaheim to another young squad looking to take a step. The Rogers, Minn., native will bring 694 games of NHL experience to the Ducks, with 26 goals and 146 assists on his ledger.
Jensen has also played for the Detroit Red Wings and Washington Capitals.
