The Anaheim Ducks have signed forward Coulson Pitre to a three-year, entry-level contract beginning in the 2024-25 NHL season.
Pitre had 27 goals and 55 points in 55 games in the OHL with the Flint Firebirds and served as the team's captain for the second half of the season.
Anaheim selected the Newmarket Ont., native in the third round of the 2023 NHL Draft.
In his draft year, Pitre posted record highs in points (60) and assists (35) in 59 games with Flint. He also had nine points in 16 OHL playoff games helping Flint reach the Western Conference Finals.
