The Anaheim Ducks signed centre Benoit-Olivier Groulx to a one-year, two-way contract extension, the team announced Friday.
Groulx, 23, has recorded three points (one goal, two assists) with an even rating and two penalty minutes in 20 career games with the Ducks.
The 23-year-old appeared in two games with Anaheim in 2022-23, and he scored his first NHL goal as part of a multi-point effort against the St. Louis Blues.
Selected by Anaheim in the second round (54th overall) of the 2018 NHL Draft, Groulx recorded 244 points with a plus-48 rating and 248 penalty minutes in 250 career QMJHL games with Moncton and Halifax.
