The Anaheim Ducks have signed defenceman Tristan Luneau to a three-year, entry-level contract, the club announced Tuesday.
Luneau, 19, spent the 2022-23 season with the Gatineau Olympics of the QMJHL. With 83 points (20 goals and 63 assists) over 65 regular-season games, in addition a +49 rating, Luneau was named the QMJHL Defenceman of the Year (Émile-Bouchard Trophy).
The Victoriaville, Que., native was drafted by the Ducks in the second round (53rd overall) of the 2022 NHL Draft.
