Flames' Mikael Backlund to miss game vs. Canucks with lower-body injury

Calgary Flames forward Mikael Backlund will not be in the lineup against the Vancouver Canucks Monday. He had been listed as a game-time decision with a lower-body injury.

Backlund was injured in the first period of Saturday’s loss to the Canucks.

The 31-year-old has eight points in 14 games this season.
